Foreingners Registration

1. Download, fill in and sign in the blank space the following PDF forms
   • Incarico iscrizione Oxygen minori 2023
   • FITRI form for foreigners 2023
     
   • FIDAL minori 2023
2. Send by email all requested documents to info@oxygentriathlon.it, using as subject: “FITRI Triathlon Registration + Name Surname”
3. Pay the registration fee by bank transfer to Oxygen Triathlon. Indicate the reason of the payment as follows: Name and Surname and reason for the transfer (e.g. Marco Rossi FITRI Triathlon Registration year 2023).

ATTENTION: if it is a transfer from another ITALIAN team an additional ‘transfer fee’ of 10€ is foreseen, as from federation rules.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

• Incarico Iscrizione Oxygen 2023
• FITRI form for foreigners 2023
• Copy of the medical certificate that has to be delivered later in original (certificato agonistico for triathlon for kids born in 2011 or before, certificato non-agonsitico for kids born 2012 or later).
• Photo in JPG format
• Copy of the proof of the bank transfer
• Copy of passport
• Copy of residence certificate

PAY ATTENTION: Registration will be completed only on reception of all documents.
